We define the specific personnel requirements with the clinic – what qualifications are needed, how many positions are to be filled and in what time frame?

Training of professionals in language (up to B2 on entry) and care (at least Bachelor’s degree)

All-round support for healthcare professionals with recognition, visas, finding accommodation and organizing entry to germany

Arrival in Germany

Support after entry – we take care of the entire relocation process

The recognition process

As soon as the healthcare professional has arrived in Germany, the integration phase follows, in which we ensure that the healthcare professional can successfully and smoothly immerse themselves in their new role and working environment. We are supported in this by our cooperation partners, with whom you can work together if you wish.
