Curato Med recruits qualified healthcare professionals from Turkey and provides them with comprehensive support on their way to Germany – until they are fully integrated.

Definition of requirements
We clarify the specific personnel requirements with you – what qualifications are needed, how many positions are to be filled and in what time frame?
Recruitment phase
We use our broad network in Turkey and select applicants specifically according to your requirements. In this way, we ensure that only qualified and motivated healthcare professionals are accepted into the further process.
Application rounds
Online and on site in Turkey – we take care of the organization and costs incurred, such as flights, hotel and meals, so that you can concentrate fully on selecting the right personnel.
Academic & linguistic education
The healthcare professionals have at least a Bachelor’s degree in nursing, the B1 language certificate at the time of application and the B2 certificate upon entry.
Cultural workshops
Our integration managers conduct cultural training with the healthcare professionals to optimally prepare them for their entry into Germany.
Complete process management
We take care of the recognition of professional qualifications, provide support in finding accommodation and the visa process and organize entry and transfer to the new home.
Dealing with authorities
After entering the country, we personally accompany the care professionals through all the administrative procedures, such as registering at their place of residence, setting up a bank account, insurance, etc.
Flexible mobility
Our special service: Our healthcare professionals receive a free car for the first 2-3 months to make it easier for them to start working in Germany.
Integration support
Our healthcare professionals benefit from personal 24/7 support. In this way, we ensure that they feel well accompanied and supported – both in their everyday working life and in their new living environment.
The recognition process
As soon as the healthcare professional has arrived in Germany, the integration phase follows, in which we ensure that the healthcare professional can successfully and smoothly immerse themselves in their new role and working environment.
