Preparation and process management
Academic & linguistic education
The healthcare professionals have at least a Bachelor’s degree in nursing, the B1 language certificate at the time of application and the B2 certificate upon entry.
Cultural workshops
Our integration managers conduct cultural training with the healthcare professionals to optimally prepare them for their entry into Germany.
Complete process management
We take care of the recognition of professional qualifications, provide support in finding accommodation and the visa process and organize entry and transfer to the new home.

Dealing with authorities
After entering the country, we personally accompany the care professionals through all the administrative procedures, such as registering at their place of residence, setting up a bank account, insurance, etc.
Flexible mobility
Our special service: Our healthcare professionals receive a free car for the first 2-3 months to make it easier for them to start working in Germany.
Integration support
