The “Fair Recruitment Healthcare Germany” quality seal is an official certification of the Federal Republic of Germany that stands for the ethical and transparent recruitment of nursing staff from non-EU countries. The seal is based on a comprehensive testing framework with four central quality areas, 19 specific criteria and a total of 56 detailed indicators. It ensures that international nursing staff are recruited under fair conditions, supported and sustainably integrated into the German healthcare system.
