    Examination of fulfilment of the necessary requirements and qualifications for working as a doctor or nurse in Germany

    Comprehensive advice for both parties throughout the entire process up to the approval of the mediation agreement

Application rounds and language courses

    Conducting online interviews between candidates and employers

    Start of language courses with the aim of obtaining a language certificate (up to B2) and learning specialised professional language

  • Step 3

Entry preparation

  • 1

    Implementation of all necessary steps to enable candidates to enter the country and gain access to the German labour market

    Start of entry planning, including the application for a work visa

    Preparation and coordination of all steps at home and abroad, such as flight coordination, dealing with authorities, etc.

Professional recognition

    The candidates complete the adaptation course

    Preparation and completion of the knowledge test

Start of work and supervision

    Candidates and employers conclude an employment contract and the candidates starts working in Germany
